30-day money-back guarantee
Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason within 30 days of your first charge, tell us and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason, though we always appreciate knowing what went wrong.
Trials
The 7-day free trial charges nothing up front. Cancel any time before the trial ends from your account page and you will never be charged. If the trial converts and you change your mind, the 30-day guarantee starts from that first charge.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew annually. We send a reminder before renewal. If a renewal charge surprises you, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it and cancel the subscription.
How to request a refund
Email support@qwebspamshield.com from your account email, or open a ticket on the support page. Refunds are issued within 2 business days of the request; your bank or PayPal typically shows the money within 5 to 10 business days.
The fine print
- The guarantee applies once per customer, on your first purchase of a plan.
- Refunded licenses are deactivated once the refund is issued.
- We may decline refunds that are clearly abusive (for example, repeated buy-refund cycles to keep free coverage), but honest "it was not for me" always qualifies.
